UPDATE: Disabled uBlock Origin, script works, re-enable uBlock Origin, now works
2nd UPDATE: GHH dialog box DOES appear in the Startpage News tab but the block buttons are not visible. This with all add-on extensions disabled except TamperMonkey and only the GHH script enabled. Firefox v.133.0
3rd UPDATE: attached PNG show Startpage Web tab, News tab and Google News tab results for same search results.

Thank you for reporting this. I've just posted an updated version (2.3.3) with a fix for missing block buttons. Some of the layout is funky, but that's all I can do for tonight.
Startpage News tab: "block" buttons and dialog not present
(works fine on Google News tab)
