Hmm, I can't replicate that. Are you using any add-ons or scripts to force additional results into the page beyond what Google usually gives you? Or to add different elements?

Could you test this as a workaround: Edit line 316 from this:

      var buttondivs = el.querySelectorAll('.irc_butc');

to this:

      var buttondivs = el.querySelectorAll('.irc_butc:not([ghhresult])');

Then reload the page and see whether the problem is resolved or whether there are any new problems.
