dont know why not work

hi , i send to you this message to say that i am trying to do this script work but when i go to vulcun's main page it do nothing , i have all installed , tampermonkeys and the script in it , it's activated and i dont know why it dont works ,my tampermonkeys logo is grey , like it was doing nothing is that normal?
