Log points daily, export only when value changes, show entries in small popup window with minimize/expand toggle

- Added a currency selector. It uses the correct amount of points per giftcard from makerworld.- Now also show the total value of your current points.
Show the average giftcards per months and its value.
The average was not calculated correcty, this is fixed now.
- Added a button to add a missing entry- Added a button to the end of the row to delete a specific entry (gives a confirmation dialog first before delete)
- Add a 4th column that shows the daily gain. This is not send to the logfile, just for display
- Make the popup windows fixed height- show all log line, not only the last 10- make the popup scrollable
- Added a daily average to the popup window, and also a prediction for the monthly gain.- When minimizing the window, only the expand button will show
Time is formatted as HH:MM:SS instead of HH-MM-SS
