🎵 Spotify Web Lyrics: Traditional ⇄ Simplified Chinese

This userscript converts Spotify Web Player’s fullscreen lyrics between Traditional and Simplified Chinese, using OpenCC for accurate linguistic conversion.

It adds a small “繁 / 简” toggle button inside the lyrics panel, plus an Alt + L keyboard shortcut for quick switching — all while preserving the original lyrics.

🖥️ Installation & Usage

1️⃣ Install Tampermonkey

You’ll need a userscript manager to run it:

Simply click the Install this script button above.
Tampermonkey will prompt you to review and install it automatically.
GreasyFork will also notify you of future updates.

3️⃣ Open Spotify Web Player

  1. Visit https://open.spotify.com
  2. Play any song and click the microphone icon 🎤 to open Fullscreen Lyrics.
  3. You’ll see a small “繁 / 简” button in the bottom-right corner of the lyrics panel.

4️⃣ Usage Controls

🖱 繁 / 简 Button Toggle between Traditional and Simplified Chinese
⌨️ Alt + L Quick keyboard toggle (Option + L on macOS)
⚙️ Default Mode Simplified Chinese (converted via OpenCC)
