Adds warning box when mugging player within 24hrs of last mug.

Warns you when mugging a player twice within 24hrs.
Displays an unmissable red box when you visit a profile that you mugged recently (24hrs).
You have the option to dismiss the warning, or "Set MugTarget" which will prevent the warning from displaying on that specific profile again.
Also features a timer that will turn green if the player was mugged more than 12hrs ago.
Uses an api key (stores locally) to find your recent mugs, and the time that you mugged them.
Im still not experienced with API keys, I used a limited one for this, but it may work with others?
