Wikipedia Citation Scraper for Zotero is a lightweight Tampermonkey userscript that extracts all citations from Wikipedia articles and formats them into BibTeX entries for quick import into Zotero or other reference managers.
Instead of manually copying references one by one, this script automatically collects every citation listed at the bottom of the article and prepares them for reuse.
Install this script using Tampermonkey.
Open any Wikipedia article.
A floating button will appear at the bottom-right corner of the page labeled: 📚 Copy Citations for Zotero.
Click the button.
✅ All references will be copied to your clipboard in BibTeX format.
Paste them directly into Zotero (or any BibTeX-compatible tool).
Works on any Wikipedia article.
