This userscript will remove the numbers of notifications, semi-advanced CSS tweaks along with forcing all videos to use the h.264 codec rather than VP9/AV1.

Removed code for instant navigation due to the script not working. Plus, I also added a code to disable service worker too.
Added both new JS codes for enabling instant navigation for smooth experience along with other JS tweaks applied to this script.
Small CSS improvements plus also the code to disable the auto-pause is added.
Added CSS to remove more annoyances including limiting related videos (apart from my YWT script).
Removed forced 30fps limit mode code because we need a seprate userscript or third-party extensions like h264ify to disable videos that are higher than 30fps.
