Adds audio upload buttons to workout page in Garmin Connect

# Description
This script adds audio note upload buttons to the structured workout page in Garmin Connect (Training & Planning > Workouts). These buttons are only visible and functional when the workout is not being edited.
Clicking on an audio note upload buttons allows you to upload an MP3 audio file to be used as a workout note, instead of recording audio via your computer's mic.
# Disclaimer
- I've only tested this with short MP3 files like https://pixabay.com/sound-effects/gong-sound-effect-308757/
- I don't know what would happen if you try to upload a clip longer than the stated 15 second limit
- I don't know if any audio formats other than MP3 are supported (I would suggest converting the source audio to MP3)
- I don't know what the constraints on the MP3 files are, like what are the supported bitrates
- I can't guarantee that this script will not break with future versions of Connect
# Known Issues
- Audio uploads may intermittently fail with a 500 server error. When this happens, wait a few seconds and try again
- After the upload completes, the script automatically refreshes the workout page. At this point, sometimes the workout appears to have no audio notes. If this happens, simply refresh the page manually
