Makes YouTube chapter markers easier to read by adding a semi-transparent black overlay to the bottom ~20% of the video whenever the player controls are visible.
Optional blur mode softens the video behind the overlay for even greater contrast.
Features:
• Automatically shows overlay only when controls are visible

1. Off (no overlay)
2. Dim (semi-transparent black background)
3. Dim + Blur (adds a soft blur behind the background)
• Toggle modes instantly with Ctrl + O
• Remembers your last used mode
• Works in normal, theater, and fullscreen modes
Instructions:
1. Install the script in Violentmonkey, Tampermonkey, or another compatible userscript manager.
2. Visit any YouTube video.
3. Press Ctrl + O to cycle through overlay modes.
4. Choose the mode that makes chapter text easiest for you to read.
5. Your preference will be remembered for future videos.
