Add customisable tags and track votes against users on OzBargain

This UserScript allows the addition of customisable tags onto OzBargain users and track cumulative votes against them.
Votes will only begin tracking once the script is installed and cannot be retrieved retrospectively. Tags and votes are stored locally and unfortunately cannot be automatically synced across devices/browsers with current script manager functionality. Instead, the data can be manually backed up and restored on any device where the data will be logically merged if it already exists.
