This just adds a little notification pop up to alert you if you are not in a race or if a race has recently finished.

Must NOT have the racing icons hidden.


Being colourblind the racing icon was not always obvious to me, I needed something I could actually see, this works for my eyes and hopefully it can help somebody else.
