The YouTube View & Age Filter enhances your browsing experience by adding a powerful, yet easy-to-use, control panel directly onto the YouTube page. You can finally tailor your feed, search results, and subscription pages to show only the videos that matter to you.


Whether you're looking for viral hits with millions of views or undiscovered gems with only a handful, this script gives you the power to decide what you see.

How to Install

  1. Make sure you have a user script manager. Tampermonkey is recommended (available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
  2. Click the "Install this script" button on this page.
  3. Your script manager will open a new tab. Confirm the installation.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to YouTube. You will see a new control panel on the right side of the screen.
  2. Make sure the main "Filters On" button is green.

  3. To Filter by Views:
    • Enter a number in the view count field.
    • Select "Greater Than" or "Less Than".

  4. To Filter by Age:
    • Check the "Enable Age Filter" box.
    • Enter a number and select the time unit (Days, Months, Years).
    • Select "Newer Than" or "Older Than".
  5. Click the "Apply Settings & Reload" button to save your settings.
  6. Click the "Hide/Show Controls" button to collapse or expand the settings menu at any time.
