Tweaks Senpa.io UI: Removes ad panel, preserves side GUIs, and keeps mod box visible & movable

senpa io better fps + lower ping and FX toggling.I made thin in my free time :))) please enjoy and mistik dont ban me ples
it have 2 buttons to modify the FX and the ping lowering properties
The code removes the unneded parts of senpa io which makes it laggy
If there are any mishaps or problems with the code please tell me on my discord- ha.mm3r
I have only tested this on opera GX so please if anyone uses any more browsers tell me the experience!!
