This userscript adds a System Prompt Editor to the Qwen Chat interface, allowing users to customize the AI's behavior by setting a system prompt.

A system prompt is a hidden message sent at the beginning of a chat, containing instructions or rules that define the style, tone, and format of the AI's responses.
