UPDATE on Traffic layer with More Transparency & Places on Google Maps

Update requested by Xtryker (WazePT Editor) to add Mapillary button;
Update on widget start by iniciating off. Only when needed, the user clicks to open the widget;
Update on "Show" % "Hide" Button position. a Little adjustment to better fit on WME top shade bar;

Minor update to improve WME speed.
