Currently we only have one toggle, it's for the HIDIVE subtitles being able to be switched between Off and the last selected subtitles (Defaults to English when no last selected exists) with the 'C' key.

Added the stored subtitle to be used on all checks in the video player.
Updated for good usage across the Hidive website.
Moved/added the Hidive Hide Video Scrollbar here, so it's all in one place.
Fixed it so it should work when the video changes to the next.
