WME Google Place Layer

Adds a Google Maps Place layer overlay to the Waze Map Editor. Syncs with WME’s map center and zoom level. - Shift+P: Toggle layer visibility. - Shift+L: Toggle interactivity (enable/disable pointer events).

Installation & Usage Install a Userscript Manager: Ensure you have a userscript manager installed (e.g., Tampermonkey or Greasemonkey).

Add the Script: Copy and paste the script into your userscript manager and save it.

Open WME: Navigate to the Waze Map Editor. The script will automatically load and add the Google Maps traffic layer.

Using the Shortcuts:

  • Press Shift+P to toggle the layer’s visibility.
  • Press Shift+L to toggle interactivity on the overlay.
