Hot-fix where the script didn't work for Kanji meanings as the header was marked "meanings" instead of "meaning" (some trouble with spans got fixed too, and some general code streamlining).

version 2.0 : Changed script to only run on the study-lists/lessons and study-lists/reviews pages, decouples listeners when not on those pages. Updated script to look for all meanings instead of only matching the primary meaning. Updated the script to also look for On'yomi and Kun'yomi readings for Kanji entries as it only looked for "Reading" entries before, working for Vocab but not for Kanji entries. Included a list of exact match changes to now check entries in brackets to both match entries without the information in the brackets and with, also exact match ignores "-" and "'" now and accept entries both with those typed correctly and without, also removes trailing spaces and the likes.
