This script automates loading new posts on X.com (formerly Twitter) and ensures that the reading position is preserved. It's designed for users who frequently scroll through their feed and want to stay updated without manually interacting with the platform.

  • Automatically loads new posts when they are available.
  • Scrolls back to your last reading position after new posts are loaded.
  • Stores the top post's data (timestamp and author) to preserve context.
  • Deactivates automation when you manually scroll away from the top.

Installation Guide

Follow these steps to install and use the script:


  1. Install a userscript manager in your browser. Popular options include:

  4. Navigate to https://x.com/home to use the script. It will automatically start working when the page loads.
