Displays notifications on the new layout's nav bar. Based on the script by JustDownloadin
Based on the script by JustDownloadin, displays notifications on the new layout's nav bar, similar to how the old site theme displays notifications. Unlike the original script, it displays the next notification in the queue when the "X" icon is pressed. Moreover, the script gets the CSS properties of the original notifications to match the site's theme. More options for screen sizes have been added, however I don't recommend this script for small screens (I may develop a solutions for small screens in the future)
Known issues:
* CSS doesn't get updated automatically when changing the site theme from the Settings menu (though it will be updated once you've loaded another page on the site). Very minor, I'll tackle this eventually.
* Different site themes "move" the notification up and down. Haven't been able to figure out how to make it consistent across site themes yet, but if you play on just one site theme you can Ctrl+F Solved as of version 1.0.2.navBarNotif { and set the margin-top property to whatever you like.
