1.11: Add full support for cyberpunk red character sheet.

1.9: Fixed the previous issues with NPC sheets writing to the same namespace. NPC sheets should be fully supported now.

1.8 - NPC Sheets now mostly supported. However there is a bug, namely that if more than one NPC is open at once, rolling on one sheet can cause another to resend its last roll while open in another tab. Currently I don't see an easy way around this as long as Demiplane is keeping all NPC rolls in local storage under the same undefined namespace (meaning they can overwrite eachother's roll histories when multiple are open).

1.7: Fix bug where having a query string on the url would prevent parsing the character hash out of the url.
