Alters the betting interface on most stake originals, to replace the bet max button with a bet by % button instead. Enabling the bet max button will deactivate this button.

improved script, modified colors of popup to match stake better, clicking out of the popup/tooltip/dialog/whatever also does the same thing as clicking ok but makes it go away too, if you click % button and the amount is higher than balance it auto adjsts to bet max instead
fixed some bugs, some percentages/bet amounts were not being properly parsed/calculated
