Refactor and enhance segment split script
Refactored the script to remove unused language and config fetching logic, replaced native confirm dialogs with WazeToastr alerts, and added update monitoring and success notifications. Updated metadata to include new dependencies and download URLs. Improved user feedback and maintainability.
