It display a small circle, within a blue circle, within a red circle. The point is it simulate and look like an eye it will follow the mouse movement.
This is a part of the circle series since this is mostly made of circles. An eye simulation, for me at least.
Added nose and mouth, when clicked the eye disappears, and the mouth expands when the mouse is near or when clicked it becomes very big. The nose will not do anything when clicked, it's supposed to change colors but it does not, so I remove it from the script, maybe in future updates or give some advice. It will appear and disappear when 'e' is clicked.
