This script adds a blur overlay to the screen. Through the set idle time and pressing Ctrl B. Even if the page is refreshed the overlay will persists.
The script enables the toggling of the blur overlay by pressing Ctrl+B. When activated with Ctrl+B, the blur overlay persists until deactivated using the same key combination, irrespective of user activity. If the overlay is triggered due to idle time, it disables upon user interaction. The script also retains the activated overlay state even after a page refresh by saving it to local storage.
