Attempt at making shortcuts for Twitch. "w" is set to make viewable screen bigger, and "p" is set to toggle chat popped out into seperate window.

2024-02-03 - Fixed issue where when typing in chat toggles would fire off. There may now be a small delay in toggles to ensure intent.
2024-02-02 - Updated to better handle switching channels and navigating Twitch. Script reloads when URL is changed in order to preserve functionality. Popout chat window changes to different streamer if switch is made. Popout chat window closes if navigating away from streamers.
