Adds keyboard controls to GC's Bilge Dice.

Use keys 1-6 to select each die (1 for first die, 6 for sixth die) and enter to press Keep, check results, restart game, and select the largest bet amount to start the game.

If you are comfortable editing the code, you can change which bet amount is used by editing line 17. Use newGame = newGame[0]; to select the cheapest bet amount.
