Small patch to an edge case related to HTTPS

• Added support for replacing dead images with archived ones.
• Added scriptConfig object for user configuration of script behaviour.

Patched cross-domain HTTPS problem

Another quick hotfix to the dynamic content code. All cases should be covered now.

Fixed bug in the detection of dynamic page changes. All dynamically loaded content should now be taken into account.
