Adds a button for watching YouTube videos in picture in picture mode while viewing comments and prevents the page from scrolling up if the user clicks a timestamp in the comments
DISCLAIMER: This is something I have modified (snippets from other userscripts not written by me here) for my own use case.
This basically allows you to read comments while having the video playing and pressing timestamps without scrolling up to the video so you can continue reading comments and checking out what people might have linked to etc.
