Loads all manga pages at maximum resolution and without delay.

Replaces Pixiv's manga view with a simple page that immediately loads all images in high resolution and with thumbnails at the top. Images can instantly be scaled to fit the page. An ideal Pixiv fixer for people tired of repeatedly clicking and waiting.
