whoops, minor fix, need to actually start the mutation observer

Added new functionality to allow you to download videos and have full control over videos.

added `// @match https://www.snapchat.com/web/*` because snapchat changed the location of the web version

Improved description and additional info. Add chinese-CN localization from ChatGPT translation. No code changes besides adding localization.

Clean up the code a bunch and also restore normal right-click behavior. This prevents snapchat from acting like the you've stopped focusing on the page just because you right-clicked some text in the input field. It does however disable the right-click react features on messages.
