修复了评论/预览视频无法加载的问题
fixed the problem that the comments and video cannot be loaded.

延迟了脚本执行的时间,防止网页未加载完毕就插入脚本导致其他未知问题出现.
Delayed the executing time of the script to prevent the unknown errors caused by the script runing before the page fully loaded.

紧急修改一小部分出现问题的代码,优化了部分css和动画效果

新增了配置面板(在右侧弹幕列表的下方)，现在配置能够保存在本地了；优化了脚本初始化算法。
Added a configuration panel beneath the right sidebar Danmaku List. The config can be saved in the local now. Optimized the script initializing duration's code.
