A better dark mode for Arch Wiki.

I made this as I do not like the default dark/high contrast mode available, and other themes seemed not updated in some years and no longer functioning properly.

This is version 1.0

The theme works with all of the available skins/layouts in ArchWiki (Vector 2022, Vector Legacy and MonoBook).

The theme is tested on Firefox and Chromium, and at resolutions 3840x2160 down to 1600x900.

If there are any problems or suggestions please let me know and I can update, thanks.
