New pips!

Script adds "paid", "shipped" and "stored" pips on the ordered tab for your collection.
To use paid and shipped, go into the "add to your collection" box (or the manage page) and select the date you paid/shipped the item, and the pips will appear on your ordered page. For the "stored" pip, set the item as "stored" in the "various" section of the same dialog.
The precedence of the pips is paid < stored < shipped. "Stored" is intended for use when an item is in, for example, a proxy warehouse prior to international shipping.
There is a limitation that it will 'only' read your first 50 paid and first 50 shipped. If this feature doesn't get added into MFC any time soon, I may fix this if there is demand. Feel free to PM tharglet on MFC if you exceed these limits.
