Increase timer to 2seconds with upper limit of 30seconds (I have to remember not everyone has fiber internet or modern pc).

Instead of waiting X amount of seconds for content to load, we check for content every second for 9 seconds.
AND if we don't find it (subscribe button + like button), you get a console message to bug me to update the script for YouTube site changes. :)
