You can set speed, quality and subtitles visibility as default globally or specialize for each channel.
You can also set openinig videos in a new tab, opening shorts as a default as default and opening videos on artist channels with default speed.
Settings can be set by going to a video page and clicking the settings button.
Ctrl + Space - switch a speed normal/custom Ctrl + C - copy subtitles (in fullscreen mode, requires enabling appropriate setting)
