Automatically clicks the Skip Intro button on Crunchyroll.com when available and makes the video fullscreen

This script will
1. Automatically click the "Skip Intro" button when presented, only works on anime that has the option.
2. Make the video use 95% of the viewable area of the viewport.
3. Allow you to change the volume by scrolling up/down on the video. 1 scroll = 5%
Just added toast messages, still looking into bypassing the cross site scripting blocks to get the current volume but until then it will just show ArrowUp/Down
