- Fixed posts not hiding properly on Chromium-based browsers in 800+ post threads (had to split up CSS into multiple style tags)
- Added a time preview when hovering over the seek bar and while scrubbing
- Improved performance by debouncing reflow events
- Improved playback (no more weird rapid pop-in on posts when tabbing back in after a while)
- Made skip buttons SVG so they should (hopefully) appear on more platforms (they weren't appearing on Kiwi Browser on Android)
- Various polish I'm probably forgetting

Quick fix to add compatibility with Violentmonkey.

- Fixed an issue that prevented the script from loading sometimes
- Added a grayed out "Playback" option to the dropdown menu when waiting for posts to load where previously it would pop in when it was done
