A script to add Youtube dislikes back. Use your own API, the extensions don't update the dislikes instantly so I made this.

I published this script to bring back the dislike button and ratio bar. The current extensions out there save to a site and are slow (some taking up to 3 days to refresh dislikes).
This one is instant because you just use your own Youtube API key which you can register with a google account here https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/getting-started
Just paste it right in the quotes where it says let api ="";
I also rebuilt the ratio bar from scratch. I used green and red for it because the blue one was fuck ugly.
If you don't know how to register an API or follow basic instructions this userscript is probably not for you and I would suggest using the extensions despite them taking longer to update dislikes.
Google may take away the dislikes from API at any given time, this is just a script for me and some friends until they eventually bend us all over.
