Adds a dropdown to Kanka entity headers to quickly scroll to the selected post.
Automatically adds a dropdown menu to the header of entity pages on Kanka that can be used to quickly scroll down to the various posts on the page. Keep in mind that this runs exclusively in the client and makes no change to your Kanka campaign, nor is it visible on any browser or device other than the ones this script is installed on.
The script is also able to add links to the top of the page on every post heading, but this is turned off by default. To activate this feature, locate the following line under the /* Preferences */ section and change false to true:
