In Bilibili video page, this script will send a query to arkrec server about whether this video has been collected on the player finishing loading.
If this video has been collected, there won't be any changes
If not, there will be a hyperlink to arkrec submit page in the tool panel under the player
Attentions
This script is not able to update when the video content changes, unless the page is refreshed
The MutationObserver fails to trigger the reload on second attempt of video change. You are welcome to provide any suggestion about how to listen to the player content change.
