Hide Sponsored and Suggested posts in FB's News Feed, Groups Feed, Watch Videos Feed and Marketplace Feed

Add ':scope h4[id] > span > span > span > div > span' to the list in line 5104 to fix it.
Your structure might be different. You can just f12 and see it and fix accordingly.
It works just type in Follow in the text filter box and then check the enable box above
