Doesn't block any keywords no more, used to be amazing, but I guess the script finally got patched, bummer.
Actually never mind, no one tells you this, but to fix it, you have to clear your cookies and log back in and it starts working again.
It works just type in Follow in the text filter box and then check the enable box above
