It will periodically save the current position of the video you're watching, so that if the page gets reloaded you won't lose your position. The way the position is saved is on the URL itself (the from=1234 part of it).
定期的に保存されるため、再読み込みしても再生位置がリセットされません。位置が直接 URL のfrom=1234という部分に保存されます。
