Using Dev and Yth/Sen skill pairs of Scout to report about Potential. Yth for player < 20 years old and Sen for player >= 20 years old.
Using Psy skill of Scout to report about Leadership Profession and Aggression.
Using Phy skill of Scout to report about Physical peak and special skill if it is in the physical skill group.
Using Tec skill of Scout to report about Technical peak and special skill if it is in the technical skill group.
