Improved Copy button to auto-paste the user name on to the reply box.
Added compatibility with the new MAL forum conversation view mode.

Removes codes that were placing the box in the wrong place if the user changed the text box size.

Now instead of showing a generic "Click to paste @UserName on the text box" text to all users when an username is hovered it will show the actual username of the hovered @username.
