Default target URL is not good for redirect like "*://*/" → "*://*/web/*".
If this doesn't work, please refresh web page matching "*://*/web/*" as URL.
Or you can add target URL by yourself. Maybe this script doesn't affect webpage exclude Mastodon Web.

Not tested on Mastodon v4.
Not needed for Mastodon v4.
