I am having the same problem, the download button does not show up if you clicked on the tweet but it will only show up in your twitter feed.

Twitter added new role="group" div before buttons.

Replace line 80 for temporary use.

+ let groups = article.querySelectorAll('div[role="group"]');
+ let btn_group = groups[groups.length - 1];
