Prevent Twitter from capturing / swallowing / hijacking browser control keys like ctrl-t for New Tab.

ctrlkeycodes are the keycodes of strokes you don't want swallowed with the CTRL key.

keycodes are the keycodes of strokes you don't want hijacked, regardless of the ctrl key.
